K.I.S Wellness Workshops for PURE gym members
Every week between now and November 22nd, PURE gym members will have complimentary access to K.I.S Wellness Workshops. These workshops will be held every Tuesday evening between 6.45pm - 8pm at Pure Gym Enfield in the fitness studio on the first floor.
The workshops will take the form of group coaching and will focus on a selection from the following topics;
1. What is whole body wellness and how to achieve it?
2. Self care - valuing yourself, baseline care and signature strengths.
3. Sugar – why so bad? This one is a game changer - don't miss it!
4. Juicing – the new black … there is good reason why juicing is today's hero.
5. Food as medicine - know the innate role that foods play in your keeping you well.
6. Diets don’t really work …good habits, lifestyle change and awareness does.
7. Healthy minds - don't neglect your brain, the most hungry organ in your body.
8. Super immunity never felt so good! For you, your friends and your family.
Keep your eye on this - there will be updates for additional dates and workshop times and Anni (the K.I.S Founder) will be hanging out at the club so don't hesitate to ask questions and get involved - you'll be glad you did!
